Update on James Kyalo in Kenya
James is 22 and working hard to build up his sneakers business. We supported his school fees since he was 11 through the Ngong Road Children’s Ministry in Nairobi. Thanks to our congregation, we raised $1,700- $200 more than our goal. Elder Lucy and Pastor David send greetings and will hand-deliver the money to James soon. PTL!

Mark & Rachel are part of Bruderhof, a Christian community founded in 1920 in Germany, now with 2,600+ members in 30 communities around the world. They are staying with us for a month in our church building. So glad you are with us!
Farewell to Roberto Valdepeña who returned to Houston yesterday
After nine months with us, Roberto paid off all debt and was planning to go home when he was diagnosed with MS and decided to go right away. Please pray for him.

Our next institute will cover the last 100 years of US politics, economics, history, and how the US remade the world. Dinner from 5:30-6:30p, class from 6:30-8:30p. Suggested donation of $50 for this series to help cover costs. Childcare provided.
