In this workshop, we will discuss how the Doctrine of Discovery relates to the African American experience of slavery and capitalism, one of the pillars of white supremacy. We will also discuss the role of forming a new theology in freeing the American church from this colonized worldview, moving us all to a place of freedom, reconciliation and love.
